Till the last round counting his opponent Mr. Kannapan got 3000 votes more than Mr. PC. On the last round, Suddenly Mr.PC got 3000+3000 votes but Mr.Kannapan got 100 more votes.

Emm, Mr. PC does not lost his election, But respect.
